Locorotondo: the name indicates the characteristic circular shape of the ancient village of the town. It consists of a set of characteristic houses called "cummerse". From its belvedere you can admire an extraordinary territory, rich in vineyards, dry stone walls, patches of Mediterranean wood, olive groves, farms and trulli.

Ostuni: located on three hills and nicknamed the "White City", it is full of characteristic views and full of life. Its Baroque architecture leaves you breathless.

Martina Franca: it owes its name to the devotion to San Martino who saved its inhabitants from enemy invasions. In the historic center you can admire the precious Basilica of the same name, which houses the sculptures of Stefano da Putignano and Giuseppe Sammartino.

A visit to an underground oil mill from the 1500s is planned, where it is possible to admire the machinery of the ancient production of extra virgin olive oil.
