How long is the quote valid for?
The quote has a limited validity period, after which prices and availability may change. We recommend that you confirm as soon as possible to lock in the indicated rate.

Yes! You'll get a link that's optimized for mobile, so you can check it out, accept it, or ask for changes wherever you are.
What will I find in the quote?
The quote will include:
- Photos of the proposed accommodation
- Address

- Type of rate proposed (refundable/non-refundable)

Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments by credit card, PayPal, Scalapay, or bank transfer. Detailed payment instructions will be provided upon confirmation.
Is a deposit required?
Yes. For refundable bookings, a deposit or advance payment is required, the amount of which varies according to the total cost and length of stay.
For non-refundable bookings (Early Booking offer), full prepayment of the total amount is required.

What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellation conditions are based on the type of accommodations booked. All details are always clearly communicated before confirmation.
Properties and locations
Where are the properties/vacation homes located?
Most of our vacation homes are located in Polignano and also in Monopoli.
Are the properties close to the center/beach?
Yes: our vacation homes and apartments are just a few minutes' walk from the historic center or the beach in Polignano a Mare (maximum 500 meters).
How to reach us
Can I get there by train?
Of course! Polignano a Mare has a train station with easy connections to major cities, and all properties are within walking distance from there.
Which airport is the closest one?
The nearest airport is Bari Airport, located about a 45-60 minute drive from Polignano, depending on where your vacation home is located. From the airport, you can reach your accommodation by rental car or private transfer, which we can arrange and customize to suit your needs.
By car?
Yes, Housea vacation rentals are easily accessible by car. The Polignano a Mare area is well connected via the SS16 and major highways. Most properties have parking or parking spaces close by. We always provide detailed driving directions before arrival.
Parking
Is there parking available?
Parking availability depends on the property.
Some accommodations have free parking in the adjacent streets, or we can provide reserved guarded/unguarded parking.
In winter, you can also park for free on yellow lines as well as white lines. The price depends on the parking space requested, and the distance varies depending on the property.

Are pets always allowed?
